Shop with confidence. Our Buyer Protection program ensures you receive what you paid for or get your money back.

How Escrow Protects You

When you purchase an agent, your payment is held in escrow by our platform. The seller does not receive funds until you confirm successful delivery or the escrow period expires (typically 7 days). This gives you time to:

  • Download and review the agent files
  • Attempt installation and setup
  • Verify functionality matches the listing description
  • Contact the seller with questions

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The agent files were never delivered
  • The agent is materially different from the listing description
  • The agent does not function as advertised and the seller cannot fix it
  • The listing violated our prohibited content policies

Refund Process

  1. Contact the seller first to attempt resolution
  2. If unresolved, open a dispute within the escrow period
  3. Provide detailed information about the issue
  4. Our team will review the dispute (typically 3-5 business days)
  5. If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method

What Is Not Covered

Buyer Protection does NOT cover:

  • Buyers remorse after successful delivery
  • Issues caused by improper configuration (when documentation was provided)
  • Incompatibility with systems not listed as supported
  • Requests made after the escrow period has ended
  • Violations of third-party terms of service by the buyer

Seller Verification

All sellers undergo identity verification before they can list products. Look for the “Verified” badge on seller profiles for additional confidence.

Secure Payments

All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
